# Fulfillment Policy

We aim to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers. Fulfillment for Obok solutions is done immediately following your purchase. Instructions to access your account are sent via the email provided during the checkout process.

## Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day guarantee on our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 90 days of the acquisition date, you are eligible for a refund. To initiate a refund, contact us at support@getobok.com. Please provide details regarding your purchase and the reason for the refund request. Our support team will assist you promptly.

## Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of services or subscriptions can be processed upon request. If you wish to cancel a subscription or service, please reach out to our support team at support@getobok.com. Include relevant information such as your account details or subscription ID to expedite the cancellation process.

Cancellations take effect at the next eligible billing cycle:

- If you are on a one-year contract, cancellation will be effective at the end of the one-year term.
- If you are on a monthly subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing month.

Any fees or charges already incurred prior to cancellation will not be refunded.
